Devenez **Six Sigma Green Belt** ou **Black Belt** certifié ASQ (American Society for Quality), IASSC (International Association for Six Sigma Certification) ou organismes équivalents européens. Ce cours expert couvre toute la méthodologie **DMAIC** (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control), la hiérarchie des Belts, les outils statistiques avancés (capabilité Cpk, ANOVA, DOE, plans Taguchi) et l'écosystème **Lean Manufacturing** (Toyota Production System, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Kanban).

Ce cours s'adresse aux managers qualité, ingénieurs process, chefs de projets amélioration continue, consultants en organisation industrielle et tout professionnel souhaitant piloter des projets DMAIC mesurables (économies typiques 50-250 k€/projet Green Belt, 250 k€-1 M€/projet Black Belt). Une bonne maîtrise des statistiques descriptives (moyenne, écart-type), des bases probabilistes (loi normale) et d'Excel est nécessaire. Une expérience de 2 ans en environnement industriel ou service est recommandée pour le Green Belt ASQ.

Au terme du parcours, vous saurez : (a) maîtriser la **philosophie Six Sigma** (3,4 défauts par million d'opportunités) et la **hiérarchie Belts** (Yellow, Green, Black, Master Black, Champion) ; (b) conduire la phase **Define** (SIPOC, charte projet, VOC voix client) et **Measure** (MSA, capabilité Cpk/Cpm, sigma level) ; (c) appliquer les outils d'**Analyse** : Pareto 80/20, Ishikawa, AMDEC/FMEA, 5 Whys, ANOVA, test t Student, régression ; (d) piloter **Improve** : DOE Design of Experiments, plans Taguchi, simulations Monte Carlo ; (e) implémenter **Control** : SPC cartes de contrôle Shewhart, capabilité long terme, plan de contrôle ; (f) intégrer le **Lean** : 5S, SMED single-minute exchange of die, Kanban, Kaizen, VSM Value Stream Mapping, TPS Toyota Production System.

L'examen blanc compte 25 questions et l'examen final 50 questions QCM, seuil 70%, simulant les examens ASQ CSSGB (Green Belt) et CSSBB (Black Belt) ou IASSC ICGB/ICBB.

⏱ Durée et organisation

La durée estimée est de **70 heures** (4 200 minutes), réparties sur 7-9 semaines à raison de 8-10 h/semaine. Le format alterne théorie (35%), travaux pratiques Minitab/Excel (50%, conduite d'un projet DMAIC complet de bout en bout) et préparation examen (15%).
