To be considered an established person in Quebec, three conditions are cumulative: (1) eligible immigration status, (2) main residence in Quebec, (3) physical presence at least 183 days/year (with exceptions).
Quebec has social-security agreements with 11 countries: France, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, and others. French citizens use the SE-401-Q-102/106 form.
